What was the work assigned
We were assigned to create a Jungle Book interview with the producer and the marketing director and had to have an interviewer ask questions about how they made this film compared to how they made the original because of the technical advances to the film industry. The answers that the producer and the marketing director would be very different to what they would have given if they made it in 1967, when we started the task we had around a week to create and edit an interview that lasts for at least 3 minutes and has to answer certain questions that fully cover how to market a movie to a select audience.
We used Premiere Pro to edit the video because we were familiar with the software and how to use it because it meant that we could the edit the selected video without too much difficulty it also meant that we could get the interview done quicker and focus on rerecording parts we weren't so sure on for example if the lighting was off or if the green screen didn't work probably, when we were editing the interview we could add the background we wanted and add music we wanted.
What we would do next time to improve the video is that we make sure that the lighting in the video doesn't overtake part of the screen so that you can't see it as well we could have fixed this by either editing out the light or rerecord it so that the video doesn't have the light in it at all. Because when we were filming the lighting of the scene and the background in general was clashing meaning that when we were editing it wouldn't look very good meaning that we would have to re film certain scenes so that if anything else went wrong we could edit it out.
